Westgate School Library Program

Westgate students participated in the district-wide Battle of the Books at Meadowdale Elementary on May 24th with over thirty other teams.  The students read as many of the nominees for Sasquatch Award and Young Reader’s Choice Award and answered questions as a team.  Westgate competitors this year were Nick S., Leslie, MacKenzie, Margaux, Cassandra, Generous, Nick O., Jasmine, and Temesgen.  Kendra and Madeline were substitute/coaches.  Keep tuned to the library to find out about next year’s Battle of the Books.
