Mr. Marletto's Class

We find ourselves at the end of another short week. The kiddos worked hard this week. We also had a bunch of fun at our Pajama Party on Wednesday.

The spelling lesson for this week was cut extremely short due to the half day and the party we threw on Wednesday. The spelling words will remain the same this week (Unit 17) so that we can go into more depth of understanding with the rule. Since the scores were not what I was expecting on the spelling tests, I will allow any student that scored a “2″ or a “1″ the chance to have a re-take of the quiz on Thursday, March 24. I will then record the highest of the two scores.

Our assembly on bullying yesterday, put on by the Taproot Theater, was very beneficial for the students…and very entertaining as well.
